My research project was about the Webby award winners of the mobile apps from 2015 to 2020. In this research project, I see the different things that all apps are designed for IOS and Android. These mobile apps are designed for IOS and also for Android. But most of them only work on the IOS and others work on both sides. 
            In this Research project, all of the mobile apps are tested based on the following 
characteristics,  content, Structure and Navigation, Visual Design, Functionality, Interactivity, Innovation. All of them is they have their own design and in each Year we see there is designing difference and also mobile apps started from 2016.

         I feel I have a more doth (growth mindset or a fixed mindset). The reason was  that in some areas I'm a growth mindset and in some areas a fixed mindset. My Current On-line presence

          My online present is that one of that is I use Instagram and also I take some free   online class.The Instagram I use is that because of something that to see company advertising and to communicate with friends. But most of the time I spent online in the educational thinking’s. The reason was I am studying an applied computing, so in this major we have to do a lot of things like programing application for hotel or mobile application.  This all things take me to do something in online. so when I have a free time  I toke some education online to upgrade my knowledge .I use this website www.edx.org , this website I take some free class for my future to help me based my major class.   For translating my college experience into employer- desired experiences is that on C#, Xamarin, Java and also other programming languages. And also other skills. This skill is important in the programming languages, the reason I say that when we go into industrial expertise all company’s use these languages to communicate with their customers.  Industry expertise:- in this area we have experiences in the programming languages.
