For translating my college experience into employer- desired experiences is that on C#, Xamarin, Java and also other programming languages. And also other skills.

This skill is important in the programming languages, the reason I say that when we go into industrial expertise all company’s use these languages to communicate with their customers.

  1. Industry expertise:- in this area we have experiences in the programming languages. Most of the parts we learn in colleges are in the real world for example if we take C# most of the time companies use the platform to communicate their customer thoughts in the programming platform designed for that thing.

  2. Communication skills :- this one is that as a programmer we have to communicate with each other.  you are able to effectively communicate with coworkers, management, key stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and other individuals, even if that’s not the main aspect of your work. For example we use Xamarin programming languages. To develop a mobile application for one company, that is one of the programmers and those in that department are communicating to design the framework and  programs for the mobile application.

  3. Project Management:- in these areas we have a responsibility overseeing at least one piece of a project. For example if we take Java languages to design some applications . We use it in different areas, so as a manager or as a team manager we have to develop or launch a product or service organizational changes, the skill we acquire leading a team.
